Michigan Cryptid Arcane™ (MCA) is a growing archive of folklore, field reports, artifacts, and sightings rooted in the deep woods, quiet lakes, and winding trails of Michigan.

Originally inspired by the lost writings of naturalist Jacob R. Kosinski (1859–1939), the project has been revived and expanded by Jim Kiszka, a Michigan-based storyteller, marketing strategist, and lifelong explorer of the strange and wondrous. Jim combines historical research, visual storytelling, and immersive world-building to reconnect local communities with the forgotten legends of their land.
